Artwork & Quality Standards
1. What file formats do you accept?
To ensure the best results on your branded gifts, We prefer vector files for best print quality: .AI, .EPS, or vector-based .PDF. This allows us to scale your logo to any size, from a tiny pen to a large hamper, without it becoming “pixelated” or blurry. We also accept .PNG (transparent background) or high-quality .JPEG files.
2. What is the minimum quality required?
Standard: All artwork should be 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) at the size you want them printed.
Logos downloaded from social media or received via WhatsApp are usually low quality and not recommended. We recommend sourcing the original file from your design team.
3. Can you print from a photo of a business card or screenshot?
No. Photos or screenshots can only be used as a reference, not for printing.
If you don’t have a suitable file, we offer a Vector Redraw Service to recreate your logo professionally for a small fee.
Ordering & Customization
1. Can I see a sample before full production?
Yes. We provide a free digital mockup (e-proof) showing how your logo will appear on the product.
A physical branded sample can also be arranged for a fee to cover item and setup costs.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. We specialize in bulk corporate orders only and do not sell single items.

3. Can I supply my own items for branding?
No. For quality control, we only brand items sourced from our own catalog. This ensures compatibility with our machines and guarantees a professional finish.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you deliver nationwide across Nigeria?
Absolutely. We deliver to all 36 states. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we utilize reputable professional couriers or reliable interstate logistics services to ensure your gifts arrive safely.
What happens if a gift arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or credit.
Payments & Corporate Policies
1. What are your payment terms?
For all orders, we require a 70% deposit to commence production. The remaining 30% balance is due upon completion, just before your order is dispatched. This ensures we can secure your stock and prioritize your branding in our production line.
2. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. To make the process easier for your procurement and accounting teams, all prices quoted on BrandAndGifts.ng are inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden tax surprises at checkout.
Refunds / credits
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes. Depending on the issue, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
