Return and Refund Policy.

At BrandAndGifts Ng, “Top Quality is our legacy.” We take pride in our work, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

1. Return Window Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Custom & Branded Items Please note that items customized with your brand logo, name, or specific designs (such as printed lanyards, branded hoodies, or engraved gifts) are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

3. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • For non-branded items (blank stock), a 10% restocking fee may apply.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods If your order is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at 07037535005 or 09156448908 or email us at sales@brandandgifts.ng with photos of the defect. We will reprint and ship your replacement at zero cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

  • For defective items, BrandAndGifts Ng covers the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to our Lagos office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
